 HARM reduction’s our concern and so we’re here.
 Street opiods are just not safe, my dear.
 It was a lovely invitation… 
 Asking our participation
 To confront this dire addiction without fear. 
  
 Our city has a crisis, shake your head.  
 Overdosing is the harm we dread. 
 We must be realistic 
 And not just moralistic- 
 You cannot offer treatment to the dead. 
  
 So we must get out from under mental funk
 And find a plan that deals with all this junk.
 We will fight for safe consumption 
 Elect leaders with some gumption 
 If not, our soul is well and truly sunk.
